Privacy Policy
Information submitted through the service request form is used to respond, schedule service, document work and send approved service reminders. It is stored in the private company portal and is not displayed to other customers.
The public website never displays the company calendar, open appointment slots, customer records or employee notes. Google Calendar synchronization is limited to portal-linked Service Call events.
Google Analytics may collect general website-use information such as pages viewed, traffic source, device type and interactions with phone, email, membership and booking controls. Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses and request details are not intentionally sent to Analytics.
The live Google Reviews feed is displayed through Elfsight. Loading that feed connects the visitor’s browser to Elfsight’s service and may also load review content supplied by Google.
Email reminders may include appointment, membership renewal, annual inspection, maintenance and repair or estimate follow-up messages. Text messaging is not enabled.
